Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer shipping throughout the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): free 

  • Expedited Shipping (1–2 business days): standard rates apply

International Shipping
Currently, MacuRest ships only within the United States. We are working on expanding international shipping in the future.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Delays
Shipping times are estimates and may experience delays due to factors outside of our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand).

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
MacuRest is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@macurest.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will work with you to make it right.
