MacuRest™ Return & Refund Policy
At MacuRest™, your satisfaction and trust mean everything to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
- We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
- If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a refund or store credit.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must have been purchased directly from macurest.com.
- Returns are only accepted for items purchased within the last 30 days.
- Opened bottles may be returned if you are not satisfied, but only one opened bottle per order may be refunded. Any additional bottles must remain sealed, unopened, and in resalable condition.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Return Process
- Contact us at support@macurest.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return authorization and instructions.
- Package the item(s) securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
- Store credit may be offered upon request.
- If only part of an order is returned, you will be refunded for the eligible items only.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to try a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@macurest.com. We will make it right at no cost to you.

- Final sale or promotional items (as noted at time of purchase)
